NZFGS Hospitality Village

Located in an exclusive garden setting, the Hospitality (VIP) Village consists of a silk-lined and tastefully dressed marquee that can be divided to suit the numbers attending each event. While the buzz of the show can be seen from the Hospitality Village, the privacy of the setting makes this the perfect place to entertain your valued clients and staff. CHAMPAGNE BREAKFAST

The perfect way to start your day at the New Zealand Flower and Garden Show! Enjoy excellent hospitality for two hours including beverages throughout the hospitality period and a sumptuous buffet breakfast. At the conclusion of breakfast, your guests can spend their time exploring the New Zealand Flower and Garden Show.

VIP EXPERIENCE

Wednesday 29th November – Sunday 3rd December, 8.00am – 2.00pm

An exclusive opportunity to see all the best features of the show – without the crowds!

The VIP Experience gives you access to the show prior to opening to the public – from 8am.  Begin in our own exclusive marquee with a ‘behind the scenes’ talk from flower show management, then enjoy a tour hosted by knowledgeable show guides and the opportunity to chat to the exhibit designers. Your ticket includes an official show bag and programme, tea or coffee prior to the morning tour and a three-course lunch with glass of wine on arrival.

  • Exclusive early access to the show.
  • Access to the Hospitality Village from 8.00am to 2pm;
  • VIP car park close to the show entrance;
  • Tea, coffee and a muffin on arrival
  • ‘Behind the scenes’ speech by Event Management
  • Expertly guided tour of the gardens and an opportunity to talk to designers
  • A beverage upon arrival for the lunch meal, wine, beer, juice, tea or coffee

Why not do something a little different as your Christmas party this year?  Join the flower show team to celebrate the approaching holidays, this is the only opportunity to see the flower show at dusk, appreciate the quietness and serenity until the band starts playing!  Purchase a table or book out the entire event.

  • Access to the Hospitality Village from 5.00pm to 10.00pm;
  • VIP car park close to the show entrance;

CUSTOMISE YOUR OWN HOSPITALITY PACKAGE

Create your own group hospitality packages in the New Zealand Flower and Garden Show Hospitality Village. This may include your own marquee for Breakfast, Lunch, Cocktails or Dinner, company theming and branding throughout the marquee, Master of Ceremonies, quality food and beverages, entertainment. Charity Gala Opening – Be among the first to see the inaugural NZ Flower & Garden Show at our twilight evening gala event! Dress to impress, enjoy champagne and nibble on delicious canapes as you meander around the show and display gardens at this elite society event.

Exclusivity is promised with ticket sales limited to 1000, all displays will be open for your viewing pleasure prior to opening to the general public. Mix and mingle with the designers who will love the opportunity to show you their work.
